Application and review

Applying does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Community Panel may review experience, communication, professionalism, community alignment, and references before approving a profile.

Profile publication

Approved profiles are published only with consent. Experts are responsible for providing accurate information and notifying Community Panel when material details change.

Opportunities

Participation does not guarantee speaking, mentoring, paid, or volunteer opportunities. Community Panel may contact experts when a potential fit arises; experts remain free to accept or decline.

Engagement responsibility

Experts and requesting organizations remain responsible for final engagement terms, preparation, conduct, permissions, and requirements. Compensation is not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

Professional conduct

Experts agree to communicate honestly, respect audiences and organizations, protect confidential information, and avoid misrepresenting credentials or Community Panel’s review process.
