Information we collect

Community Panel collects the information people provide through expert applications, expertise requests, community-interest forms, partner inquiries, and administrative workflows. This may include contact information, professional and lived-experience details, event needs, links, consent choices, and operational notes.

How we use information

We use this information to review applicants, publish approved profiles with consent, respond to requests, coordinate potential introductions, operate the Lafayette pilot, improve the service, and communicate about relevant opportunities.

Public and private information

Only approved profile fields are published. Applicant contact information, private documents, compensation information, review notes, and internal workflow data are not intended for public display.

Sharing and retention

We may share relevant information with potential participants when coordinating an introduction. We do not sell personal information. We retain information as reasonably needed to operate the pilot, satisfy obligations, and maintain appropriate records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or removal by contacting bobby@radixresults.com. Some operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary.
